Two Brothers,
One Kitchen
Miguel and Carlos grew up watching their grandmother cook in Jalisco. When they moved to Twin Falls, they brought her recipes — the al pastor marinade, the birria broth, the hand-pressed tortillas.
Tacos Dos Hermanos started from a food trailer on Blue Lakes Blvd in 2016. The line got so long they had to find a real kitchen. Now we're here — same food, same family, bigger table.
